Import articles

Bring articles into the archive by uploading a file or connecting a WordPress site.

Upload a CSV or JSON file of articles (see sample_data/sample_articles.csv for the expected shape).

Connect a WordPress site to sync articles automatically. Uses a WordPress Application Password (generate one in your WP admin under Users → Profile → Application Passwords) — not your login password.

Connect an RSS feed to sync new articles automatically. Useful on sites where WordPress sync is blocked (e.g. by a Cloudflare/security-plugin bot challenge on the REST API) — RSS feeds are public and need no credentials. The feed must be a full text RSS feed (not summary/excerpt only) — Indexa needs the complete article content to index it properly. Feeds only expose a small window of recent posts, so this isn't a way to backfill a full historical archive; use file upload for that.
